FAQ
What exactly does symbol removal delete?
“Hyphens and brackets” is for phone and postal codes; “all symbols” strips punctuation down to letters and digits. Check the preview before exporting.
Can I fill every empty cell at once?
Yes — put a value in “fill empty cells” and blanks become 0, “n/a”, or whatever you need.
Can it strip thousands separators?
Turn on that option and 1,200 becomes 1200. Values that are not numeric are left alone.
What about line breaks inside cells?
The option converts in-cell newlines and tabs to spaces so every record stays on one line.
