How to use it (3 steps)

  1. Load your CSVChoose a file, or paste the text and press Load. The first row is treated as a header.
  2. Set the layoutPick paper size (A4, A3, B5, Letter), orientation, font size, a title, whether the header repeats, and zebra stripes. The preview updates instantly.
  3. Save as PDFPress Save as PDF. In the print dialog, choose “Save as PDF” as the destination and confirm.

What makes it different

Layout you control

Paper size, orientation, font size and a custom title. Wide CSVs usually fit on one page in landscape.

Header repeated on every page

The column names appear again on page 2, 3 and beyond, so printed output stays readable.

Automatic column fitting

With many columns the font size shrinks automatically so nothing spills off the page.

Preview before printing

Check how the table looks before you commit to paper or a file.

Correct CJK rendering

Rendering uses your system fonts, so Japanese, Chinese and Korean text prints exactly as it looks on screen.

Nothing is uploaded

Parsing, layout and printing all happen in the browser — safe for confidential data.

Frequently asked questions

Why does it open a print dialog instead of downloading a PDF?
The PDF is produced by the browser's own print engine. That way system fonts are used and CJK characters never turn into boxes or missing glyphs, which is the usual failure mode of JavaScript PDF libraries. Choose “Save as PDF” as the print destination.
Will Japanese or Chinese text print correctly?
Yes. Rendering uses the fonts installed on your machine, so CJK text prints as you see it.
What about very wide CSVs?
The font size shrinks automatically. If it still does not fit, switch the paper to landscape or to A3.
How many rows can I print?
There is no hard limit, though previews above a few thousand rows can feel sluggish.
Is my data uploaded?
No. Everything from parsing to printing happens in your browser.
